Elizabetd`s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in Kernersville

Great sandwiches had half an Italian and half the Super steak both were great. Our waitress Charity was awesome. Will be back again to try the pizza!

Food was cold. Was told 45 minutes and they took two hours. I spent 48.00$. I feel I had no other option being stuck home with a newborn, hungry and no one to drive me around. Smh. I'm highly dissatisfied. You don't do your customer that way!

I loved the sauteed mushrooms and spinach. They have a great seafood variety a d great pasta dishes

Very rude first time I’ve ever ordered from here and I spent 60$ with them order my food online and they have no option for ranch. I called and asked to pay for it to add and the man told me I didn’t get it because I didn’t pay for it very rude and I told him 3 times I want to pay for it and he hung up last time I order from here.

The last two times I have ordered my food was incorrect and cold. Today my order never showed up. After 1 1/2 hrs I called back and my food hadn’t even been made. Unacceptable customer service

The restaurant looks very pleasant inside and the service is excellent. Frequent refills. Food was fast and delicious. The freshly baked bread is served warm and complements the pasta well. Wide meal selection, from pizza to chicken wings and french fries to pasta. This is the place for everyone.

The Food was soo good , the prices were excellent, everyone was smiling and very helpful. The place was full of people so many people must love going there. I wish I didn't live an 1 hour and 40 minutes away . If I lived closer Id try a different plate everday.

I had food delivered late night from Elizabeth's. And sweet baby Jesus let me tell you about this food. I ordered a large Italian sub and I got exactly that. Massive filling sandwich with expertly toasted bread and perfectly parsed toppings The fries were beautifully cooked and we're not overly salted. My only issue from that experience was with DoorDash. Highly recommend Elizabeth's.

Really enjoy the food and darker atmosphere (lighting), hasn't changed in 20 years...tables and chairs/booths show it though. Still a good go to for pizza and great bread with Italian food.

Awesome food!!! Awesome staff!!! We had just finished a hockey game(we lost) so what better way to cheer the boy's up then with PIZZA!!!!! We had about 30 kids and parents and the waitresses handle us with great service five Stars.

Called today for take out, ordered the Greek chicken salad. Just transferred for work from 2 cities over and starting to get out and see what’s around me. My food was great, salad was big, fresh and the chicken was seasoned just right. Even the plain Italian bread was good, I’m usually not a fan because some restaurants serve it so hard its hard to eat, but this wasn’t. This is much better than paying the same price for a mediocre salad from a nearby drive through. The owner/manager (?) looked at me strange like I had 10 heads or something, not sure why, new face? I can’t attest to the eat-in experience or cleanliness because I was in a hurry. But I will definitely be back.

While I LOVE the food that is here, that is the ONLY reason I come... I wish I had the will power not to eat their tasty food because their service is absolutely garbage. Anyone who answers the phone including the owner is rude and impatient and demeans you if you don’t order like you work in a restaurant—I manage a service establishment so I understand the difficulties of working with customers so refrained from writing a review until now, when there’s just been too many straws. I see their waitstaff trying and they are kind but are talked to terribly by the men and management. A shame. Great soup though. Good food.

Customer service was beyond horrible! The waiter had to come back to the table twice to ask us about our order which was only a chef salad and a steak & cheese Stromboli. The chef salad came out and it actually took 20 minutes. The Stromboli which was a small took a whooping 40 minutes to come from the kitchen. When I asked if it really took 40 minutes the waiter giggled and said come on it wasn’t 40 minutes. Because I was on the phone I know how long it took. Yep over it and won’t be back. Now I know why it’s empty in here. Don’t waste your time.

Oh, and oh, you know, so yummy! The Dixie Classic Fair is in town!! It just so happens to be directly across from this restaurant. And whenever I'm in the area of any Elizabeth's pizza I've got to hit them up to get a white pizza. sometimes with a brew-ski on the side too. Even my four-year-old loves their white pizza.. He gets his w/a sprite!

Came in with a group of 30 and they could have not done a better job handeling us. We were in and out in exactly an hour no complaints. So hard to do with large groups
